Allison Cho represents victims and survivors of terrorism, crimes against humanity, genocide, torture, and human trafficking in complex federal litigation against foreign sovereigns, financial institutions, and other entities that enable those crimes

Before joining MM~LAW, Allison was a commercial litigator who represented clients in high-stakes disputes involving insurance coverage, mass torts, environmental liabilities, legal malpractice, and other complex commercial matters. Her experience includes obtaining favorable results in significant disputes involving substantial financial exposure and complex questions of contractual and professional liability.

Allison has been selected to the Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for 2024, 2025, and 2026.
