Joy is a dedicated Human Rights Lawyer and Gender Specialist with experience in Access to Justice, Women’s Rights, and Human Trafficking. Her expertise spans legal research, case management, and advocacy, with a strong focus on trauma-informed approaches and survivor-centered strategies. She is an active member of the technical working group of Alliance 8.7, demonstrating her commitment to combatting Forced Labor, Human Trafficking, and Modern Slavery.
