Ms. Radha joined MM-LAW with experience in litigation, alternative dispute resolution and transactional legal work. She has prepared and implemented Sexual Harassment Awareness courses for women's support groups, and awareness programs on gender-based violence. She currently serves in the litigation team in the lawsuit against the European defendants who provided the chemical weapons capacities to the Iraqi regime of Saddam Hussein, aiding and abetting that regime in deploying those weapons in its genocidal campaign, killings and injuring over 10,000 Iraqi Kurdish victims.
